Sue's work has appeared in the Guardian, The Telegraph, Delicious magazine, Dorset Magazine and The Foodie Bugle, including recipes and articles about food trends, ingredients and producers. A former national newspaper journalist and foreign correspondent, she has drawn on her extensive travels as inspiration for a number of cookery books. Sue is also the author of Easy Vegan.

  1. Tonight we have fish..Jacques salmon..I am having cod..he bakes both in the oven to perfection..and the I "mediterranean" mine up:)
    I prepare..some chopped garden tomatoes..garden garlic..olive oil..garden basil and parsley..black sliced kalamata olives and capers..sometimes chopped red onion..not tonight..and lemon juice..once my cod is plated..that delish concoction goes on top:)I think you would like if you like all the components.
